Homeward Bound Interiors offers FREE delivery within 7-10 working days to a number of UK postcodes. We are also able to offer a Saturday delivery service, however if a Saturday delivery is required there will be an extra fee of 25 pounds. Surcharges are however applied to selected postcodes and may take longer to deliver, these are as follows:

We are unable to fulfil any orders to Northern Island, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Jersey and Guernsey. We do NOT ship to the following postcode ranges: any beginning with BT, GY, JE, TR21-25, IM1-9, IW, ZE, KW, HS, IV, KA27, KA28, PA20-78 AND PH31-44. If you are not sure if we ship to your address PLEASE contact us first before placing an order. Please ensure a contact telephone number is also provided at the checkout to ensure your delivery is not delayed.

Deliveries are made by our logistics partner, deliveries are scheduled between Monday and Friday 8am to 6pm. You will be contacted via email prior to delivery once we have obtained your tracking code, this will allow you to monitor the status of your delivery from store to door. If you order furniture and standard items, you will receive all orders together as one delivery unless otherwise stated. The couriers XDP or TMF Logistics will collect the majority of item/s from us within 24 business hours of payment WEEK DAYS MONDAY to FRIDAY excluding Bank Holidays. Your goods will then be delivered to you within 2-7 working days.

The bigger items (e.g Sideboards, Wardrobes) will be collected and delivered by the 2 man service, TMF Logistics. A delivery day will need to be arranged for this and typically will take between 5-7 working days. It is important that you provide us with a correct telephone number, so that you can be contacted. Please be aware that sellers are not responsible for delivery times. Delivery times are provided by the courier, excluding weekends and bank holidays and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. The courier will leave a calling card if you are out. It is important that you telephone the number on the card at your earliest convenience to re-arrange delivery.

We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses. Couriers will not remove existing pieces of furniture. The customer must organise the removal and disposal of unwanted furniture. Third party couriers will not assemble any orders if requested to do so, this is the responsibility of the customer. Delivery is to the main entrance only. Couriers are not insured to enter your premises. If you require assistance with lifting upstairs or to certain rooms in your house, it is your responsibility to arrange this with a friend or family.
